Who Can Review?
Anyone who has visited a bakery can leave a review. We encourage honest, constructive feedback that helps other customers make informed decisions.

Moderation
All reviews are moderated before publication. We remove reviews that:

- Are clearly fake or spam
- Violate our community guidelines
Owner Responses
Bakery owners can respond to reviews through their dashboard. Responses should be professional and address customer concerns constructively.
Review Removal
Reviews can be removed if they violate our guidelines or are proven to be fake. Owners can flag reviews for moderation, but removal is at our discretion.
Authenticity
