Terms of Trade

By accessing or using BakeryFind, you agree to these terms. If you use BakeryFind for a bakery, business or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act on its behalf.

BakeryFind is a directory and bakery intelligence platform for Australian bakeries. It includes public listings, search and discovery features, owner claim workflows, listing management, subscription plans and related communications.

BakeryFind is not a food safety regulator, government register, accounting adviser or legal adviser.

We aim to keep listings useful and accurate, but directory information can change. Opening hours, menus, products, contact details and availability should be checked directly with the bakery before relying on them.

Listings may combine public data, owner-submitted information, third-party sources and editorial review. We may correct, remove or reject information that appears inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, duplicate or outside the purpose of BakeryFind.

• /You must provide accurate account, ownership and business information.
• /You are responsible for keeping login details secure.
• /We may request evidence of ownership, management authority or business connection before approving changes.
• /We may suspend or remove access if we reasonably suspect misuse, impersonation, fraud, security risk or breach of these terms.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan, billing period and price shown before checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars. GST is not currently charged. If GST becomes applicable, this will be stated before payment.

You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the BakeryFind dashboard or billing portal. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service has a major failure, you may be entitled to remedies under that law.

For change-of-mind requests or unused subscription time, refunds are assessed case by case unless the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

BakeryFind does not guarantee search ranking, AI answer visibility, leads, sales, traffic, revenue, customer enquiries or placement outcomes. Paid plans may improve available listing features, but they do not guarantee commercial results.

• /Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
• /Do not scrape, harvest or bulk extract data without written permission.
• /Do not interfere with security, access controls, billing, APIs or platform availability.
• /Do not impersonate another person, bakery or organisation.

BakeryFind owns or licenses the platform, design, data structure, code, templates, editorial material and brand assets. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us a licence to use it for operating, displaying, promoting and improving BakeryFind.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Our AI-assisted editorial and data practices are described in the AI Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BakeryFind is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost profits, reputational harm or reliance on directory information. This does not limit non-excludable rights under Australian law.
